Town Halls 2012

Since the Maritime District Conference in 2009, the Camp Committee and District Executive have been working on a plan for the future of Camp Evangeline. As per the conference resolution, we were to produce a plan and bring it back to the Conference for a decision. We have collaborated together to create a path forward, but feel we need to have a Maritime-wide discussion in order to filter out any glitches or omissions.

This plan includes a new governance model that puts the management of Camp into the hands of a Board of Directors, comprised of people who are passionate about Camp's future. In short, the members of Camp will manage the Camp.

We'd like your feedback. Could you please join us for a 1-hour "Town Hall" meeting at a location near you? You can download all the information and related documents here (or contact us and we will mail them to you).

In order to participate effectively you will need to review the following two documents :

The meetings will occur at 7:00 pm at the following venues. In each case, the meetings will be held at our PAOC church in that city.
